Why yoga is for every BODY. Five typically practiced yoga poses with modifications to enhance your practice.

Many people shy away from yoga because they fear they aren’t flexible enough or don’t have the right body type.  But, the truth is that yoga is for everyone. As an instructor, you can provide your students with the tools needed to make yoga fun and rewarding. In the webinar, Why yoga is for every BODY. Five typically practiced yoga poses with modifications to enhance your practice, author of Instructing Hatha Yoga and master yoga instructor, Diane Ambrosini, MA, explains how to make your classes more effective and accessible for students at all skill levels and offer modifications to five popular yoga poses.
