Our Fitness for Life program helps elementary, middle school, and high school students adopt lifelong healthy lifestyles and improve their personal fitness levels. Fitness for Life, Seventh Edition, is the high school fitness education textbook that is targeted for grades 9-12 and uses universal design principles. Fitness for Life: Middle School, Second Edition, is the text for grades 6-8. Fitness for Life: Elementary School is a program for grades K-6. It uses videos to provide student physical activity and nutrition lessons that provide a foundation for the more advanced programs. Each grade level builds and is tied to the concepts learned in the textbooks’ classroom and activity lessons to emphasize physical and health literacy.
Other physical and fitness education topics include mental health and wellness, social-emotional learning, self-management skills self-assessment and program planning, skill-related fitness, technology and fitness, and more.
