Performance nutrition: Applying the science of nutrient timing to endurance athletes

Incorporating nutrient timing into endurance athletes' training programs can improve body composition, enhance recovery, create positive training adaptations, support immunity, and ultimately enhance performance. In this free, hour-long webinar, Krista Austin, author of Performance Nutrition: Applying the Science of Nutrient Timing, offers techniques to help endurance athletes develop nutrition programs to improve training, performance, and recovery.
