You’ll gain tools to design resistance training programs that can be the centerpiece of intervention strategies for the fastest-growing health problem in the United States.

“Dr. Len Kravitz’s webinar was very helpful, and he’s a great teacher. I have been a certified personal trainer for 10 years, and some of the guidelines (e.g., glucose levels for exercising) have changed. Thank you for a job well done!”
