To place your order

  • Contact Human Kinetics Customer Service by phone at 800-747-4457, secure fax at 217-351-1549, or by email at orders@hkusa.com, Monday – Friday, 7 am to 5 pm Central Time.

Ensure timely delivery

  • To be certain that you have your materials when you need them, please plan ahead and order early. After your payment is received, it takes 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and shipped plus approximately 4-5 business days for UPS delivery from our corporate warehouse in Champaign, IL

Choose your payment option

  • Credit card – For fastest processing, Human Kinetics accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please provide the credit card number, expiration date, and the billing address listed with the credit card issuing bank.
  • Check – If you prefer to pay by check, you may request a quotation to confirm exact shipping charges and tax amount. Please include a copy of this quotation with your signed check and mail to:

  • Purchase Order – Human Kinetics accepts purchase orders. There is no credit application necessary for existing Human Kinetics accounts. If you have not yet opened an account with Human Kinetics, please contact Accounts Receivable at ar@hkusa.com or 800-747-4457 to request an application or if you have questions about the application process.

Have the following information ready

  • Complete billing and shipping addresses
  • Human Kinetics Account number (if applicable and available)
  • Product name and ISBN number
  • Quantity and date needed
  • Form of payment
  • If applicable, tax exempt certificates may be emailed to orders@hkusa.com, or faxed to 217-351-1549.
