Loved this book. It answers so many questions about the sport and what real training is supposed to feel like when done with guidance. Definitely recommend this read for not just ufc people but anyone that’s training for any competitive sport.

For someone like me that didn’t know anything about MMA this book was super informative of the true foundation of this amazing sport. There was a lot of great information and it was very clear for me to understand even as a beginner.
