Job Summary: The IT Security Administrator is responsible for protecting information assets of the organization. In that capacity, the IT Security Administrator manages all of the organization’s technical, security-based software and equipment, including F5, Cisco ASA, AV, and Security tools.
Reactively, he or she responds to security alerts and investigates potential data and security incidents. Proactively, he or she performs security audits and reviews to identify security gaps in architecture in accordance with PCI and provides cybersecurity recommendations based on significant threats and vulnerabilities.
The IT Security Administrator implements security measures to resolve data loss vulnerabilities, mitigate risk, and recommend security changes or system components as needed.
The Marketing and Exhibits Manager is responsible for marketing programs related to his or her assigned subject areas. This includes planning, implementing, and analyzing results for a wide variety of promotion efforts; helping the marketing director develop marketing strategies and tactics for assigned subject areas; and making recommendations for additional revenue-generating opportunities based on analyses of market, sales, and customer data. The Marketing and Exhibits Manager also facilitates planning, budgeting, and implementation for Human Kinetics' conference exhibits across subject areas and divisions, collaborating with other marketing and division staff as appropriate. He or she also collaborates with the marketing exhibits and data management associate to ensure that the associate implements assigned administrative tasks related to conference exhibits.

The Fulfillment/Shipping & Maintenance Specialist is responsible for working within all areas of Fulfillment and to provide administrative support for functions in Shipping & Maintenance. S/he will be expected to learn and display a general working knowledge of incoming order entry and customer service.
This position will assist with and/or backup tasks wherever needed. The specific tasks will be determined by the Fulfillment Director on a daily basis and communicated to the Fulfillment Specialist. This position will assist with assigned tasks in Shipping & Maintenance. S/he will work within a team atmosphere, as well as answering incoming calls from customers and internal staff throughout the day.
This position requires utilization of the customer service order processing software. The Fulfillment/Shipping Specialist will represent HK in a courteous and professional manner. This position will have access to customer credit card data and must comply with all policies and procedures designed to keep that data from being compromised. This is a 32.5 hour/week position with benefits. Working hours will be 8:00-3:30 or 8:30-4:00 with a one-hour lunch.
