Dumbbell Training Workouts - Week Three

This is week three of our four-week dumbbell training workout. All you need to complete this four week program is a pair of dumbbells.
Have you finished Week Two of Dumbbell Training? Then you're ready to move on to this week. Once you've finished week three, Week Four of Dumbbell Training is waiting to wrap up this program.
The third week is the halfway point of this program. Check in with how you're feeling physically and mentally this week. You may still be struggling with some moves, and you're nailing others. Are you feeling stronger?
