Pat Ivey is assistant athletic director for athletic performance at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where he oversees training for all sport teams at the university. Previously, Ivey held the same position at the University of Missouri. During his tenure at Missouri, he helped produce multiple first-round draft picks. He was also the director of strength and conditioning at the University of Tulsa, where he directed the efforts of all 18 sport programs.

Ivey lettered as a defensive end for the Missouri football team from 1993 to 1995 and was named the strongest athlete in the program’s history in 1995. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers after college and spent two seasons with the team. He also went on to play with the Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers.

In May 2012, Ivey received the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association’s designation of Master Strength and Conditioning Coach (MSCC), the highest honor given in the strength and conditioning coaching profession.

Josh Stoner is the director of speed, strength, and conditioning at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. Previously, he was the director of strength and conditioning at the University of Missouri, where the football program produced four first-round NFL draft picks in four years under his guidance. In addition to being responsible for the athletic development of the football team, he was in charge of the throws portion of Missouri's track and field team.

As the assistant director of strength and conditioning at the University of Tulsa from 2002 to 2004, Stoner assisted with the football player development program. He was also responsible for the women's basketball, men's soccer, men's tennis, women's tennis, track and field, and cross country teams.
