Charles R. Allen, PhD, CSCS*D, TSAC-F, USAW-L1, is an assistant professor in the exercise science program at Florida Southern College. Previously, Dr. Allen served as a fitness professional in the collegiate recreational setting. His research interests center around improving human performance in sport, exercise, and activities of daily living. Allen has written 45 peer-reviewed research publications, conference proceedings, and presentations. He holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) designations from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Allen earned his PhD in kinesiology from the University of Mississippi in 2015.

Harish Chander, PhD, is an associate professor of biomechanics and the codirector of the Neuromechanics Laboratory in the department of kinesiology at Mississippi State University, where he teaches and conducts research in biomechanics and neuromechanics. He also serves as the chair for the academic culture committee in the department of kinesiology and as a member of the faculty council in the College of Education. Dr. Chander has written over 237 peer-reviewed research publications, conference proceedings, and presentations. His research centers on the application of principles of biomechanics and neuromechanics to human performance, injury prevention, and safety promotion. He earned his PhD in biomechanics and neuromechanics from the University of Mississippi in 2014.

Adam C. Knight, PhD, ATC, CSCS, is a professor of biomechanics and the codirector of the Neuromechanics Laboratory in the department of kinesiology at Mississippi State University, where he also serves as the graduate program coordinator for the department. He has written over 150 peer-reviewed research publications, conference proceedings, and presentations. His research interests include sport biomechanics and the biomechanical implication of chronic ankle instability (CAI).
