An excellent resource

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and found it to be at once enlightening from a theoretical standpoint and very practical in terms of application to coaching. Personally, the most relevant to my experience in high performance coaching were the chapters on cognitive approaches to motivation and attention and cognitive skills which helped me better see the links between motivation and attention on the one hand and performance on the other. That said, there are valuable insights throughout the book.

Would I recommend this book to coaches? Absolutely!
