Very well thought out, concise course and exam

Going on my 6th NASM. This book was a great refresher of… 200 hours of nutrition and pattern behavior and very great and detailed work on advanced sports nutrition. Adapts well with sedentary, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Very useful informations if you have clients who travels, athletes of all level, specific specialist athlete. Even for the generalist and optimizers. Great content. Author was from UGA. It’s a very dedicated college to achieving great researches to develop the rest of the population of all ages as well as males and females.
