Fitness for Life Elementary School is a program developed by fitness education pioneer Chuck Corbin and his colleagues. Designed as part of an articulated K-12 fitness education curriculum, the elementary school program features plug-and-play videos of physical activity breaks for each K-6 grade level. Here are several physical activity break video segments that children follow to get valuable daily physical activity time. These follow-along videos are available here, free, for a limited time! Each segment is approximately 5 minutes long.
