Pete McCall, MS, CSCS, is a personal trainer, education consultant, and public speaker. He currently works as a fitness instructor at the exclusive Rancho La Puerta Resort and Spa in Mexico. McCall also works as a consultant, creating and delivering education and content solutions for a variety of fitness organizations. Frequently quoted in publications such as The New York Times, Washington Post, The San Diego Union-Tribune, and Livestrong, McCall is a sought-after media resource for accurate, in-depth insights on how to get results from exercise.
