Keli Roberts is a world-renowned fitness educator and trainer. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as an exercise physiologist (ACSM-EP). She is an ACE master trainer and is certified by ACE as a health coach (HC), personal trainer (CPT), group fitness instructor (GFI), and cancer exercise specialist. She holds numerous certifications through Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). The recipient of the 2003 IDEA International Fitness Instructor of the Year award, she was inducted into the United States–based National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2007.

Originally from Australia, Roberts moved to the United States in 1990 to pursue her passion—fitness! She quickly became one of the most in demand private trainers in Los Angeles and garnered a celebrity clientele that included Cher, Kirstie Alley, Jennifer Grey, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Russell Crowe, and Faye Dunaway, and her step classes attracted stars such as Julia Roberts, Annette Bening, and Jennifer Beals.

Roberts is also a successful author and has been featured in Shape, Elle, Health, Fitness, Self, Ms Fitness, American Fitness, Allure, and many international publications. She has designed, choreographed, and starred in over 80 fitness videos and DVDs, including the award-winning video Cher Fitness: A New Attitude.

As CEO and owner of Keli’s Real Fitness Inc., Roberts trains a variety of clients, including pregnant women, new mothers, and senior citizens. She works with clients with multiple sclerosis, cancer, and cardiac issues as well as those who have been in physical therapy. She teaches group fitness classes at Equinox in Pasadena and Glendale, and at Breakthru Fitness in Pasadena.

She conducts continuing education seminars, workshops, and master classes worldwide. She is a faculty member for SCW Fitness Education, a senior master trainer for Schwinn, and a BOSU elite developmental team member.
