The purpose of the ISMC is to stimulate and foster education and open debate among scientists from all nations on basic and applied research in the area of control of movements of biological systems.

HK’s quarterly journal Motor Control is the official journal of ISMC.

Program for the Advancement of Girls and Women in Sport and Physical Activity's (PAGWSPA) Mission:

• Engage in scholarship and community engagement
• Advance safety and gender equity in sports and physical activity
• Promote ethical practices for all girls and women

 PAGWSPA is dedicated to conducting collaborative and interdisciplinary evidence-based scholarship to inform their educational programming and community based services to address issues related to girls and women in physical pursuits and to gender issues both historically and currently.

HK partners with UNCG PAGWSPA to publish the Women in Sport & Physical Activity Journal.

HK is a publishing and distribution partner with PHE Canada, producing such resources as Physical Literacy: An Introduction. 

NASSS exists to promote, stimulate, and encourage the sociological study of play, games, sport and contemporary physical culture.

HK partners with NASSS to publish the quarterly Sociology of Sport Journal.

The mission of the North American Society for Sport Management (NASSM) is to promote, stimulate, and encourage study, research, scholarly writing, and professional development in the area of sport management. Members of the Society are concerned about the theoretical and applied aspects of management theory and practice specifically related to sport, exercise, dance, and play, as these fields are pursued by all sectors of the population.

HK partners with NASSM to publish the Journal of Sport Management as well as the Sport Management Education Journal.

NASPEM’s mission is to promote exercise science, physical activity, and fitness in the health and medical care of children and adolescents.

HK partners with NASPEM to produce the quarterly journal Pediatric Exercise Science.

The dual purpose of the NAK shall be to encourage and promote the study and educational applications of the art and science of human movement and physical activity and to honor by election to its membership persons who have directly or indirectly contributed significantly to the study of and/or application to the art and science of human movement and physical activity.

HK partners with NAK to produce the quarterly journal Kinesiology Review, an official journal of NAK.
