Are you ready for your sport season? The big question when prepping for an upcoming season is whether or not the athlete is ready to compete. What that usually means is assessing athleticism, strength, and conditioning level. Where many coaches fall short is in assuming the athlete's fitness level rather than assessing and programming accordingly.
