It’s a good book to get a new PT started but not so much for someone that want to Get in depth with physiology, endocrinologist responses and more detailed approach of training and nutrition for fat loss. It could have been cheaper as most of the volume of the book is pictures of the exercises on repeat on different programs, when it could have been just the title of the exercise without a photo every time to make it 1/3 of the volume it actually is.
