"I work with several young athletes who participate in several sports throughout the year. I am able to apply the drills in this course to help them develop the skills to enhance their sport performance."

    B. Mannello—Dallas, PA

"This course is terrific and fun. Every parent and coach of youth athletes should be made to watch this. It will help my coaches develop proper progression and allow them to see the development issues in training young athletes."

    C. Toltn—Ft. Washington, PA

"This was a great course. It exceeded my expectations. The presentation was clear and concise. The presenters on the video were excellent. I will use the knowledge that I gained from this course in training 8- to 10-year-olds in baseball this spring."
