In Football Conditioning Drills, strength and conditioning coaches Pat Ivey and Josh Stoner demonstrate many of the same exercises and drills they use to develop speed, power, strength, and agility with the game’s premier collegiate and professional players.

In this program, you’ll view demonstrations of six warm-up drills you can use to get athletes’ muscles loosened and blood flowing in preparation of your workouts and practices. Following the warm-up drills are a dozen mat and cone drills designed to improve players’ agility and quickness. Sprints, lateral shuffles, back pedals, carioca, and forward rolls are incorporated in the drills, which will test even the most highly conditioned athletes.

Football requires a high level of conditioning in several areas to excel at every position on the field. Football Conditioning Drills helps players build the physical skills needed to excel on the gridiron.
