Fundamental Movement Skills: An Educator’s Guide to Teaching Fundamental Movements has been designed as a resource for postsecondary students who are in the disciplines of physical education, kinesiology, recreation and leisure, and education. Teachers, leaders, and coaches may also use the resource and adapt the activity ideas to suit each particular situation.
