Focus areas
The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant for Technology are to manage general routine administrative tasks and tasks specific to technology department expenses and equipment.

Routine Administrative Tasks

  • Processing weekly time sheets
  • Arranging meetings and keeping minutes
  • Overseeing office equipment and supplies
  • Filing, mailing, and organizing department materials
  • Assisting with all-company administrative functions, such as reception and other duties
  • Managing technical logistics for company training events and other gatherings
  • Documenting procedures

Technology Department Specifics

  • Processing invoices and ensuring expenses and budgets align
  • Maintaining compliance with technical contracts Planning travel within budgets
  • Managing internal mobile device contracts
  • Acting as the central agent for the procurement of ancillary technical equipment
